How to Use:
- Extract the download using 7zip.
- Copy the pcchest.iff and pcchest.cdf to your NBA 2k13 Game Folder. Replace existing files.
- Adjust the skin tone of your player to make tattoos visible and save changes.
- Play with new tattoos.
